What Is the Weekly Performance Recap?

The Weekly Performance Recap is a summary of your surgical activity from the past week, delivered directly to your email inbox. It provides a quick snapshot of your recent cases, key metrics, and notable highlights so you can stay informed without logging in to the platform every day.

What Is Included in the Recap?

Each weekly recap typically includes:

• Number of cases -- How many procedures were recorded during the past week.
• Key metrics -- Summary statistics such as total operating time, average case duration, and procedure types performed.
• Highlights -- Notable moments or milestones from your cases, including AI-detected events.
• Quick links -- Direct links to view individual cases or your full analytics dashboard on the platform.

How Often Is It Sent?

The Weekly Performance Recap is sent once per week, typically at the beginning of the week covering the previous week's activity. You will only receive a recap if you had recorded cases during that period.

How to Access the Recap

1. Check your email -- Look for the Weekly Performance Recap email from Theator in your inbox.
2. Click the link -- The email contains a link that takes you directly to a dedicated analytics page on the Theator platform.
3. Review your week -- The analytics page displays your cases from the week, performance data, and any insights generated by Theator's AI.

You can also access your performance data at any time by visiting your Performance Profile on the platform.

Managing Email Preferences

If you want to adjust whether you receive the Weekly Performance Recap:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform.
2. Navigate to Settings or Notification Preferences.
3. Find the Weekly Recap toggle and enable or disable it according to your preference.
4. Save your changes.

If you are not receiving the recap and believe you should be, check your email spam or junk folder. You can also reach out to your site administrator or Theator support for assistance.
