Overview Page
Route: https://app.theator.io/system/monitoring/overview
The Overview page provides a high-level summary of all operating rooms and Theator units at your site. At a glance, you can see:
- Total number of rooms and their current status (online, offline, recording).
- Number of active Theator units and their health.
- Any alerts or issues that require attention.
This is the best starting point for a quick daily check of your site's infrastructure.

Room Schedule
Route: https://app.theator.io/system/monitoring/room-schedule
The Room Schedule sub-page displays the daily operating room calendar. It shows all scheduled cases for each room, including procedure type, surgeon, and time. Use this to verify that the schedule data from your EHR is flowing correctly and that rooms are properly assigned.

Units
Route: https://app.theator.io/system/monitoring/units
The Units page shows the status of each Theator processing unit deployed at your site. For each unit, you can see:
- Connection status -- Whether the unit is online and communicating with the platform.
- Software version -- The current software version running on the unit.
- Last activity -- When the unit last reported activity.
- Assigned room -- Which operating room the unit is connected to.
Use this page to identify units that may need attention, such as those showing as offline or running outdated software.

Rooms

The Rooms page provides per-room details on connectivity and recording status. For each operating room, you can check:
- Whether the room's video feed is active.
- Current recording state (idle, recording, or error).

The Recording Coverage page tracks what percentage of scheduled cases were actually recorded. This is a key metric for ensuring that your Theator deployment is capturing the procedures it should be. The page shows:
- Overall recording coverage percentage for a selected time period.
- Per-room breakdown of coverage.
- Cases that were scheduled but not recorded, helping you identify gaps.
