Yes, you can manually upload case recordings to our platform. This process is straightforward and allows you to add recordings that were not automatically captured. Whether you have a recording from a different source or need to re-upload a case, follow these steps to manually submit your video files along with their corresponding case information.

Access the Manual Upload Option

There are two ways to start a manual upload:

Option 1 From the left menu, open the sidebar and under Cases click Upload case.

Option 2 From your Home Page, locate Upload Cases Manually in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking this option opens a pop up window where you will begin the case creation process.

Enter Procedure Details

In the pop up window, enter the required procedure information, including:

Procedure type
Procedure date and time

Once all required details are completed, click Next to continue.

Upload the Procedure Video

You will then be prompted to upload the procedure video file.

Drag and drop the video file into the upload area or select it using the file chooser
Standard video formats are supported

After selecting the video, the system will begin uploading the file.

View the Procedure Case During Upload

Once the upload starts, you will be taken directly to the procedure case page while the video continues uploading in the background.

Edit Procedure Information

On the right side of the procedure case screen, you can edit and complete additional details at any time, including:

Case ID
Participant names
Patient details such as name, gender, and age.

All changes are saved directly to the case and can be updated as needed.

By following these steps, you can easily upload and manage your case recordings on our platform. This flexibility allows you to maintain a comprehensive library of all your surgical cases, accessible anytime for review, teaching, or analysis purposes.
