My case doesn't have a recording, how can I find the recording?

If you are unable to find a recording linked to a specific case, it may be because the recording does not have associated case information. Our platform provides a feature to help you locate these unlinked recordings easily.

   • Go to the "Cases" tab on your dashboard.
