Let's Get Started!

For the trainee:

Step 1: Navigate to the procedure

Step 2: Select the "Ask for Feedback" button

Step 3: Select the entire procedure or a section of the procedure you would like feedback

Step 4: Assign an attending

Step 5: Click Submit

For the trainer:

Step 1: Navigate to the procedure by clicking on the "provide feedback" button in the email notification you receive from your resident/fellow

Step 2: Click the "provide feedback" button

Step 3: Select the assessment tool of choice [GEARS, GOALS, R-OSATs, etc]

Step 4: Complete the assessment and provide additional comments

Step 5: Click submit
