Theator for GME

Theator's integrated GME workflow enables seamless mentee-to-mentor collaboration in-app to improve training and expedite proficiency. Our solution:

• Improves objectivity of the feedback, with a variety of integrated assessment tools and scoring systems
• Increases consistency of feedback by enabling a user friendly interface accessible through desktop or mobile
• Includes an additional free form text option, to allow for more contextual feedback in conjunction to the scored assessment

Let's Get Started

For the trainee

1. Navigate to the procedure.
2. Select the Ask for Feedback button.
3. Select the entire procedure or the section of the procedure you would like feedback on.
4. Assign an attending.
5. Click Submit.

For the trainer

1. Navigate to the procedure by clicking the provide feedback button in the email notification you receive from your resident/fellow.
2. Click the provide feedback button.
3. Select the assessment tool of choice (GEARS, GOALS, R-OSATs, etc.).
4. Complete the assessment and provide additional comments.
5. Click Submit.
