Share Files with Theator

Theator supports file sharing between users and Theator to facilitate research collaborations.

This guide will walk you through the steps to securely upload and share your data with our team.

Clinical Research must be visible in your side menu to use this feature. If you do not see it, contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm your access.

Steps to Share Files with Theator

1. Navigate to Clinical Research

• From the side menu, click Clinical Research.
• If a sub-menu appears, click Share data. Otherwise you'll be taken straight to the Share data page.

2. Upload Your Files

• You'll be directed to the Share data page.
• Click on the upload area to select files from your device or drag and drop them directly into the page.

3. Add a Description [Optional]

• Provide a brief description of the files you're sharing.
• This helps ensure clarity on the contents and purpose of the data.

4. Submit Your Files

• Once you've uploaded the necessary files and added a description, click "Submit".
• Your files will be securely shared with Theator's research team.

• Ensure that your files comply with any applicable data-sharing agreements or privacy guidelines.
