Adding Comments to Cases
Use comments to engage in discussions with other surgeons within your organization, share feedback, remind yourself of important details, create action items, or ask questions related to specific cases.
How to Write a Comment:
Navigate to the Case Page: Select the specific case you wish to comment on.
Access the Comment Box: Click on the text box located at the bottom of the case page.
Compose Your Comment: Write your comment in the text box and click the “Comment” button to submit.
Tagging Users:
Type @
followed by the name of a person or team to tag them in your comment. Tagged individuals will receive a notification and the comment will appear in Collaboration on their homepage.
Setting Comment Visibility:
By default, comments are visible to anyone within your company who has access to the case. You can modify the visibility settings:
Public: Visible to all users with access to the case.
Private: Visible only to the writer of the comment and individuals tagged in the comment.
Replying to Comments:
To reply to a comment, click on the comment and write your reply in the text box provided.
Deleting Comments:
You can delete your own comments by clicking the trash bin icon next to the comment.
