If you need to update or correct details in the case information, Theator allows you to edit this information directly from the Case Page, provided you have the necessary permissions for the case. Here’s how you can make these changes easily and securely.

Steps to Edit Case Information:

  1. Navigate to the Case Page:

    • Open the case you wish to edit by selecting it from your list of cases.

  2. Access the Case Info Tab:

    • Click on the "Info" tab located on the right side of the Case Page. This tab contains all the essential details about the case.

  3. Begin Editing:

    • Click the "Edit" button within the Case Info tab. Upon clicking, the fields containing the case information will become editable.

    • You can now change or update the information as needed.

  4. Save Changes:

    • After making the necessary edits, click the "Save Information" button to apply the changes. This ensures that all the updated details are saved and the case information is accurately reflected.

Important Notes:

  • Permission Requirements: Editing capabilities are permission-based. Ensure you have the appropriate editing rights for the case before attempting to make changes.

  • Verification: Always double-check the information for accuracy before saving to prevent any errors in the case record.

By following these simple steps, you can efficiently update case information, ensuring that all details are current and correct for future reference.
