Initial Sign-in and Login
To begin your journey with Theator, you'll first need to access the platform and log in. Theator offers flexibility, allowing you to access the application from both desktop and mobile devices.
Accessing the Theator App
From Desktop: Open your web browser and visit app.theator.io
From Mobile: Download the official Theator app from your device's app store (available for iPhone, iOS and Android).
Logging in with Provided Credentials
Upon accessing the app, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials. These credentials are typically provided to you by your organization or Theator Customer Success team.
Enter your email and password in the designated fields and click the "Login" button.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you encounter any issues during the login process (e.g., incorrect credentials, forgotten password, or account lockout), please reach out to your dedicated Theator Customer Success Manager.
