How can I download the case recording or a clip?

Downloading recordings or specific clips from the Case Page is straightforward. Follow these steps to efficiently save videos for offline review or sharing.

Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading Videos:

1. Access the Download Option:

   • Navigate to the Case Page of the recording you wish to download.

2. Click on the 'Download' button located in the top right corner of the page.

   

3. Create a Custom Video:

   • Once you click 'Download', a form titled "Create a Custom Video" will appear on the right side of the page.

   • Name Your Clip: The default name is suggested based on the procedure type and the case ID, but you can enter a custom name.

     

4. Select Video Type:

   • Download Full Video: Simply click "Submit Video" if no specific sections are needed.
   • Download specific sections: In case you want to download a specific sections and not the entire video.

5. Choose sections (if applicable):

   • If you choose to download specific sections, you'll need to select the desired sections based on timestamps (beginning and end).

   • Add Sections: Click the '+' button for each section you select. Repeat this for all sections you want to include in your download.

   • Submit Video: Once all sections are added, hit the "Submit Video" button to process your custom video. ​

Completion:

• After submitting the form, your video will be processed and made available for download. You will be notified once it is ready.
