This feature captures relevant events from surgical videos and cross-references them with the footage to ensure accuracy before submission to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

How It Works

1. Generate an Operative Report Using Theator AI

  • Access the Case Page
    Open the "Op report" tab in the case page.

  • Generate the Report
    Click "Generate" to automatically draft the report using AI.

  • Edit as Needed
    Review the generated report and make any necessary edits.

  • Save and Finalize
    Click "Save" to verify and finalize the report.

  • Transfer to EHR
    After saving, copy the final report to your EHR system.

2. Review and Correct Discrepancies in Existing Operative Reports

  • Navigate to the Case Page
    Open the relevant case from your dashboard or case list.

  • Go to the Op Report Tab
    Select the "Op report" tab located on the right side of the case page.

  • Review Reported Discrepancies
    View any discrepancies flagged within the report.

  • Edit the Report
    Click "Edit" to make necessary changes to the report.

  • Modify the report

  • Save and Reverify
    Once changes are made, click "Save" to initiate the reverification process.
