Yes, it is possible to save snapshots during surgery using a clicker or pedal. This functionality is available in operating rooms equipped with a clicker or pedal that is integrated with the Theator Unit.

Here's how it works and how you can utilize this feature:

Taking Snapshots During Surgery

  1. Setup: Ensure that your operating room is equipped with a clicker or pedal set up to integrate with the Theator Unit.

  2. During Surgery: At any moment during the surgery when you wish to capture a snapshot, simply click on the pedal. This action will capture an intra-operative snapshot of that specific moment.

  3. Viewing Snapshots: The snapshots taken will be automatically populated to the Case Page. You can view these snapshots along the video timeline, and they will also be organized under the "Snapshots" tab for easy access.

Capturing Snapshots After Surgery

  • Post-Surgery Snapshots: If a snapshot was not taken during the surgery, or if additional snapshots are needed, you can still capture them after the surgery has ended. To do this:

    • Go to the Case Page.

    • Navigate to the "Snapshots" tab.

    • Use the "Take Snapshot" button on bottom right to capture snapshots directly from the video recording of the surgery.

This feature ensures that significant surgical moments are not missed and can be reviewed or referenced later, providing a comprehensive visual record of the surgery. It enhances the educational and review capabilities by allowing both real-time and retrospective analyses of key surgical moments.
