Once you successfully log in, you will be directed to the Theator homepage. This serves as your main dashboard, providing a quick overview of your activities and easy access to your procedures.
A prominent section on the homepage displays your most recorded procedures.
Located on the top right, the search bar allows you to quickly find cases by procedure type, case ID, specific events and participant names.
At the top of the platform, you’ll find the main navigation menu, which helps you quickly access different types of case content:
My Cases: Here you can see all your personal procedures, where you were a participant (e.g., lead surgeon, assistant, or observer).
Department: This tab allows you to browse all recorded cases performed within your department, including those by colleagues.
Live: The Live tab allows you to view procedures in real time. You’ll see a list of currently active ORs with ongoing surgeries. Click to join a stream, observe the procedure, and contribute to intraoperative support if relevant.
Watchlist: This feature allows you to bookmark cases you want to review later. To add a case to your Watchlist, click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the case card and select “Watch later.”
Collections: Collections let you organize cases into custom groups based on themes like “Teaching Cases,” “Follow Ups,” or “Best Practices.” To add a case to a Collection, click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the case card and select “Add to Collection.” You can choose an existing collection or create a new one.
Each of these sections is designed to streamline your workflow, whether you're reviewing your own cases, exploring departmental activity, watching surgeries live, or organizing content for teaching and follow-up.
